1. Spain vs Croatia (Group B)
First on our list is the clash of Spain vs Croatia in Group B. As two of the world’s top teams, this is expected to be one of the games of the round. Spain’s campaign for a fourth title will be spearheaded by manager Luis de la Fuente Castillo and captain Alvaro Morata. Meanwhile, Croatia will be making their sixth straight Euros appearance led by veteran captain Luka Modric. The fixture will take place in German capital Berlin on 15th June 2024 will be a rematch of the UEFA Nations League Final. That final ended with Spain winning 5-4 on penalties after the two teams fought to a 0-0 standstill in regulation and extra time. With any luck, their opening game will be just as thrilling. 2. England vs Denmark (Group C)
England return to the tournament as one of the favorites after a heartbreaking loss in the Final to Italy. They will open their Euro 2024 campaign against Serbia, however it is Denmark who could be the biggest challengers in the group. The two teams will play in Frankfurt on 20th June 2024 with the stadium already a complete sell-out.
Manager Gareth Southgate and captain Harry Kane have unfinished business with the tournament, and will be under pressure to win their group convincingly. Denmark won their qualifying group and will be a tough test for the England National team. The Captain of Denmark is highly touted Simon Kjaer and manager Kasper Hjulmand, both of which will aim to cause an upset in Group C. All England Euro 2024 tickets are available for purchasing with tickets to be delivered the weeks before the tournament starts.
3. France vs Netherlands (Group D)
The clash of France vs Netherlands puts two of the world’s most historic national teams against each other. Led by superstar captain Kylian Mbappe and manager Didier Deschamps, France will be in the European Championships as favourites. ‘Les Bleus’ will face a determined Dutch team captained by veteran Virgil van Dijk.
According to FIFA’s rankings, both of these title contenders are ranked in the world’s top six, with France in second and the Netherlands in sixth. During qualifying, the Dutch lost twice against France, so will be hoping to return the favor in Leipzig on 21st June 2024. France vs Netherlands tickets still available starting at around 300euros.
4. Spain vs Italy (Group B)
Group B really is the most difficult in the Euros. Whilst Spain may be the Group B favorites, they face two potential title contenders in the form of Croatia and Italy. The latter are also the defending champions, making them an even tougher opponent. If Spain don’t manage victory in their opening game against Croatia, this match will have even higher stakes.
Italy’s new manager Luciano Spalletti will be coaching his first Euro tournament after title-winning coach Roberto Mancini left the team in August. A crucial game against Spain in Gelsenkirchen on 20th June 2024 will be the most arduous test so far of the Spalletti era. Spain vs Italy tickets are currently available at less than 260 euros.
5. Germany vs Scotland (Group A)
Euro 2024 starts off with an amazing matchup as the hosts, Germany will face Scotland, a game that will be watched by millions of fans around the world. Although Scotland are heavy underdogs, Germany hasn’t been on top form in recent years. In the last European Championships, Germany were dumped out by England in the first knockout stage.
This year marks Scotland’s second consecutive Euro appearance. The Scots even managed to beat Spain in one of their two games against La Rioja during the qualifiers. As such, Steve Clarke’s side deserve to be taken seriously in Munich on 14th June 2024. Although demand for this match is high, there is still availability for Germany vs Scotland tickets right here on SafeTicketCompare.com.
