Is football finally coming home, or will the tournament in 2022 be another disappointing World Cup for England?

The question of whether England will or will not win the World Cup is a difficult one to answer. This is an international tournament like no other. There is no precedent for the challenges each side is going to face going to Qatar.
That being said, most top countries are facing the same issues and England has as much of a chance as any other team.
